I am looking for a tengu pilot with approximately 20 mil sp, give or take a few million sp.

I require the character to have:
positive wallet
positive sec
no kill rights
located in high sec.

subsystems preferably at 5
good core skills
good shield tank
decent navigation
good missile support skills
tech 2 heavy and ham
cloaking skill at 4

Tengu char for sale. Myself with 15.2 mils sp. 5+ mils in Missiles (T2 Hams / Heavy), Tengu defensive, offensive, eng to lvl5, others to lvl4. 2.6 mils in Engineering. It has all the skill to live in 0.0 and run Angel 10/10 with HAMS

No waisted skill points.

+ 5 implants (exept charisma) and Missile implants

12 bils
