I can't find them in a few markets.

edit: apparently they're sold in ORE space. der.

They are seeded at Ore stations in nullsec but are also available at highsec trade hubs if you're willing to pay a premium. I bought a set in Jita for a modest premium several weeks ago. Not sure what they are selling for now.
