Launcher no longer starts

As of today, the launcher will no longer start for me. Attempting to run the exe file does nothing. Any thoughts on what might have caused this?

I've the same issue, i tried updating all drivers, cleaning PC and run it as admin. nothing works

I'm a lowsec pirate and diplo of A Band Apart.

If you were running the dev version, then it broke yesterday. Unfortunately this version can't update to the next version as it doesn't start up, so you will have to reinstall the launcher.

In general you should leave the launcher on the release version - the dev version will break every now and then.

After today's DT couldn't login. Launcher says "version info not available 0.0%" L.version 1097946.1045 version type - relise and have mark to "download everything". Before DT played well

i'm getting a white screen with 'this webpage is not available ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED ' message when i try to launch eve. i've uninstalled/reinstalled launcher to no avail . all was fine last nite (apart from being unable to log in my main account due to email issues since the patch that is Evil )

вопрос такой- лаунчер запускаеться данные загружаються в игру войти не могу последний персонаж которым был в игре тока фото.два остальных персонажа вообше ни как не отоброжаеться

игру сносил переустонавливал ни чего не помогает что делать

You told us to change it to dev version to work around another issue a couple weeks ago. Shocked
So I download EveLauncher-1097946.exe and run it, it says that the folder already exists and I need to install the game in a different folder.
What am I doing wrong?

Is there somewhere that I can just modify an ini file and change it back to release instead of dev?

The old launcher was in:
C:\Eve
I ran (the new installer):
EveLauncher-1097946.exe
I got the launcher to stop erroring out by installing it to C:\Eve2
I had to modify the shortcut so it points to:
C:\EVE2\Launcher\evelauncher.exe
Basically just added the '2' behind 'EVE' in both Target and Start in windows.

I have reinstalled the launcher and I still get the white screen. You guys need to provide a "real" fix for this as I was playing this morning "after" downtime just fine and only now cannot log in.

PLEASE HELP US.

Try switching to the beta version of the launcher. To do that, go to settings (from the E menu) and change the version type. It worked for me.
