the old aura was just overall better. When she speaks you can feel powerfull machine... when the new one speaks you want to microwarpdrive your fist in her face

That's not an option. I know this from other games and different voices for the computer are just terrible.
However, the former Aura conveyed a darker, less cheerful mood with her darker voice -- just like what EVE is about. This new voice is way to happy, cheerful and naively inquisitive ... just like if she wants to lull you into a suicide flight, smiling and waving, which would not surprise me considering that the tutorial gives you all sorts of very terrible ideas on how to act in EVE.
Furthermore, in some instance she also sounds quite distressed and panicky (the Docking Permission Requested - Docking Request Accepted rushed in under 0.5 seconds comes to mind.) and not like a collected and calm voice of reason.

They might get close to the old voice by filtering the new one.

Please bring back the old Aura voice. Or at least allow us to turn off the new one. Dislike very much.

My wife returned to EVE after few years and she did not even remember how to do simple stuff ... but first thing she noticed was the bad computer voice! Please add an option to switch to old Aura

A new voice is terrible. Need an option similar to the "new map" or "new scanner" - "Try the new Aura Voice"

EVE is not a cheap game, on a contrary, very expensive one


after world of darkness/ walking is stations, after Dust,
this is another proof of terrible decision making.

This time they wasted our money on a 3rd class audio production.

You have a special game.
You have special customers. Definitely Creme de la Creme, the very best of gaming community.
Your main goal shouldn't be attracting new players but keeping loyal ones happy.
Your customers found eve alone by themselves (they were not attracted by marketing or PR, they learned the complex game without manual and remain loyal.

If you haven't made a single update from 2008 you would have more players online now then you actually do have now!

Business models from other games are not applicable to EvE. They can all learn from you.

Stop dumbing down our game. It can never be so dumb to attract masses and it can easily be just slightly dumber to turn away lot of best gamers in the world, for good.

Dont think about raising revenues - cut costs instead. Optimize. You have so much room to cut costs.
You produce in most expensive labor markets and sell globally. Outsource more. Globalize.

I could go on and on.

I am under impression that current owners would want to raise numbers by any means and then bail out by selling the game.

This is a loud cry: GIVE US OLD AURA BACK!!

I'll echo a lot of people here: Give us the option to choose from the new and old voices. Personally, it irritated me enough that I just turned off the voice audio.

Suggest adding an option to use other voices for the AI
make male and female voices and several of each
this game is already about choices now why not allow the
player to choose their AI style.

I did prefer the older robotic style it did everything right
