Hi, I accidentally skipped tutorial when i was buying civilian data analyzer blueprint so i have no idea what should I do. Is there any way to restart the tutorial? or what should i do next?

in the operations info panel, there is a ?, you can try clicking on that and choosing reset to get things moving again.
