When it comes to salvaged items, it's all about that precious ISK... what nets the greatest monetary yield?

95% of the time reprocess.

It all depends on the specific item (Some meta modules sell for a decent buck) and your reprocessing skills.

If you want to min/max your ISK gains, you need to make the calculations yourself for each module. However, might not be totally worth doing that.
