Well I have one of two accounts going because I could still access that email. Less so the other. But only been waiting 24 hours so hey could be worse.

I figure the poor folks doing the support tickets are massively back logged and probably are getting a really good hate on for whoever this bright idea was owned by. It'll be some clueless management type I'm betting.

Normally when they do a new patch that gets me motivated to log back in and do stuff. For some mysterious reason that is not happening with this patch.

That's not the bad part. The bad part is that the responsible person has decided that they won't reverse the cause of the problem because that would be admitting they did something clueless. So paying customers have to wait while competent staff try and hack dodgy workarounds.

If the support didnt waste time claiming "oh its not our fault" in the first response the tickets would be answered much quicker.

As the system is setup so that you have to have a verified email to be able to log into account management, which is required to resend email verification. That is one hellofa design fault. After 30 minutes it should send a new one on an attempted login automatically. That would rid nearly all of the tickets.

Anything new about the Email problem?


It´s great that the support can write to my mail address.

it´s not great that i dont get the verification email.

It´s not great that i cant change my email address because i need the verification email.

It´s great that the support send me a link to my tiket....o wait..i have to login to see it,but i need the verification email to login.

It´s great that i got a auto-standard mail one day later from the support....but it looks like after i answered that mail, it is now broken too.

I love the fact that all three of my accounts share the same email. Two accounts send the verification just fine. The third wont show up. You know its bad when even the copy paste response takes 24 hours, going on another 24 hours since last gm contact now.

Never thought I would say this, but how bout a nice couple of security questions instead? Obviously we need another way into accounts other then relying on support.

Man it's been ******* days and I still can't get the automated system to send emails to my goddamned hotmail address. Customer service managed to send me an automatic form reply and nothing else. Locked out of half my accounts (of course the one with all my science and industry jobs on it is one of the locked ones).

This is really, really annoying. Judging by the number of screwups, it seems like it's gonna be a long time before some of us get access to our stuff.

accounts I can't access because of verification I never asked for, and because my old emails are closed accounts and I cannot get verified, so I have to jump through the hoops, to pay for a game?

I wonder how long before people start contacting paypal for their month sub back. 4 days now and i still cannot access 3 of my accounts. It really seems like CCP is doubling down on this decision at their customers expense.

Another day, another non-response from support. Can't even track my ******* ticket because you guys can't be bothered to take ten minutes to make a flowchart before implementing new features. This is bloody ridiculous.

Why can't CCP just turn this "feature" off for a week while they sort it out?

After a few days i finally got my main account email changed. but now when i go to log in, it says an error occured. no ******* support can help me with this and i cant log into my account anywhere. if they dont fix it within a day or 2. im gone. and ive been here for years on multiple account. i have invested thousands and they just took it all away like a bunch of dumb asses. CCP, all i can say is, you dun ****** it up

Girlfriend got the Core starter pack for her account, it locked her out stating she hadn't complete the verification process, she completed it Tuesday, before she got the core starter pack. Day 2 of waiting for a GM to contact.

CCP declared in a dev blog that they'll reimburse our lost game time
