Extra Look-At Windows that can be configured to appear on edge

Seperate Target Window Please: Any way to add a small movable re-sizable window that shows the closeup of a selected target. Would love to see these smoking hot explosions and in general would be a nice feature without having to use the LOOK AT button.

Add a small bank of buttons on the side of the screen that you can use to open up a LOOK AT view of targets 1 through X with preset abilities like Auto Open, Auto Close on Explosion, etc....
