Of course they are. Nothing has been subtracted from the list of things given over to destruction; Tattoo Artists have simply been added to that list.

Yesterday, in a discussion with the Blood Prophet of the Blood Age of Blood Nauplius the Bloody, it was revealed that Scripture tattoos are in fact, unrighteous.

Which has caused some concern.
