Fixes that Must Happen:

1. No more Mins from Done Rats. Convert the drops to be used in construction of Meta Drones, better than T1 in all ways, better than T2 in some ways (worse in others). I.e. much faster, but less DPS Gallente Drones. Also add a small CONCORD bounty to bring value up to other NPC levels.

2. Moon Goo no longer a passive activity. Moon Goo must be Mined by a Fleet of new ORE Ships designed for Moon Exploitation. Raise goo/hour rates to compensate.

3. Sov. Shifted to a Reflective Sliding-Scale System of Activity and Occupancy. The era of Structure Bashing and Timers being the only activity meaningful to Sov. Warfare is Over. (Detailed specificly elsewhere for those interested).

4. Balance Capitals and SubCaps to be (mostly) unable to hurt Conventional Ships. Caps and SuperCaps are for killing other Caps and Supercaps, and for Destroying/Repairting Structures and Stations (and perhaps for other roles not involving popping conventionals). Unescorted Caps and SuperCaps will die in a fire to a fleet of Conventionals if unaided, returning balance to the Cap vs. Conventional relationship.

Do these three things, and EVE instantly becomes a much better game. The whining (especially from Moon Goo holders basking in effort-free wealth, and the massive Null-Sec Holders with the SuperCap Blobs) would be epic, but EVE would be a better game, and space instantly becomes worth fighting over (since Moo Goo is no longer POS protected, but minable by anyone).

1. No

2. No. Moon goo needs an overhaul, but they are meant to be alliance level assets that serve as conflict drivers, not as individual grunt income.

3. Any changes to the sov system would be nice, but work is like really hard bro and CCP is trying its best to delay working on it.

4. This exists pretty much already, outside of tracking fit titans (which do actually need a support fleet). The last time they were going to change fighters to reduce their ability to hit subcaps, every single ratting carrier pilot cried and whined that change away.

Nice list of 3 things by the way.

Yes to 1.
No to 2. That will simply break down to bots tending moons.
Yes to 3, or some form of it. Dynamic sec status is a concept whose time has come, and CSM/Goons are not the first to endorse this.
Absolutely not to 4.

CSM as currently elected is scam on most of EVE's pilots. So no - 'cause I won't vote for any CSM as it in endorses yet another fail CCP mechanic....

Incarna - Newest business example of mismanaged capital. CCP - Continuing to gank independent PI producers every day

PvP's latest  incentive program ** Unified Inventory **  'Cause you gotta kill something after trying to use it

Depends on how much I would know about the person, what their background was, what their opinion on other things was, etc. At a first glance, judging by only those few paragraphs, the hypothetical candidate seems to have very little if any actual experience in the areas they're talking about. I would rather have a person who understands all the various intricacies, complications, little details, and metagame around the topics they're interested in, than a wanna-be game designer with crazy ideas how to "improve" things they only read about on the forums.

Pretty much that. The current CSM is on top of these changes and they were discussed at the December 2011 meeting. I'd rather vote the same CSM back in.

Fighting CSM/CCP corruption is.

2 separate subjects there. Mineral nerf and drone buff better to consider both separatley I would have thought, if they are worth considaring at all

Lolz yes further corrupt the unbalnced nature of 0.0 income by buffing production of valuable goo, big no no sorry

3. Sov. Shifted to a Reflective Sliding-Scale System of Activity and Occupancy. The era of Structure Bashing and Timers being the only activity meaningful to Sov. Warfare is Over. (Detailed specificly elsewhere for those interested).

Best to wait for the DUST to settle I feel before examining further changes to sov

4. Balance Capitals and SubCaps to be (mostly) unable to hurt Conventional Ships. Absolutly rediculous , one whats the justification for that bigger ships = better ships why should it be any diffent at the high tier. Also you risk 'cutting the head' of your progression ladder, why would anyone bother with caps. Also if you change sov rules again they become even more useless.

You know the only reason I would suggest something so stupid if I was

1. The leader of a massive null sec alliance that wouldn't need to fight for it SOV anymore because of activity.

2. I controlled a valuable source of moongoo and the man power to mine it.

3. I was afraid of caps threatening my sov of said space.

Sound like anyone you know?

Unless you explain you intend to make these things happen, running on any platform of "vote for me I will change all this stuff" is kinda short sighted.
