Aura/Tutorial disappeared - how do I get her back?

Hello,

I didn't even start the NPE tutorial - just logged in. Aura said something to me in a text box. I wasn't paying attention - the text box and Aura are now gone. I have no idea how to recover Aura/the tutorial missions.

I would like to run through the NPE.

Any ideas?

If you are a brand new character on a brand new account you have access to a new NPE that none of us vets can access on our existing accounts. However if you search around on the navigation buttons on the left of your screen I am sure you will find it.

For example on my screen I have access to Tutorial videos and career agents through the help menu ( F12 ). I also have and opportunities button. Don't forget to hover over the E on the upper left of your screen and if all else fails don't be afraid to file a support ticket on it. GMs have been known to contact new players from time to time just to see how they are doing. So don't be afraid to ask them for help.

On the left of your screen, below route, there is a mini panel of the tutorial stages, you can click on that to redo anything.

Also, if you somehow minimize a window, on your neocom (the left bar) near the bottom you should see what looks like a cross inside a circle. Clicking that should restore any dialog box.

I made a new account just to do the new tutorial, it's pretty cool, but lots of people are having problems. Please report any problem you have since it just came out yesterday.

My choice of pronouns is based on your avatar. Even if I know what is behind the avatar.

Thank you for the help.

I don't think I am getting the tutorial at all - just the old opportunities system.

Any idea why two newly created characters would default to the opportunities system rather than the NPE?

The new NPE at this time is only available to accounts created after the patch. If you had the account before that, you will not get it, even on a new Character. I have no idea why they decided to do it that way, but as far as I know they said they wanted to change that eventually.
