I'm looking for a character with decent/good core skills. Mechanics, hull upgrades, engineering, nav, shields. Im planning to focus frigate and destroyer on the character so small weapon skills, gunnery supports, or spaceship skills are an added bonus.

Hello,

I'm selling myself, perfect for starter.

I have 19.5mil SP and a nice background:

Date of Birth 2007 + low profile corp history and killboard.
Very high standings and security status.
All your core skills to 5 including the slowass advanced upgrade 5.

I'm not going to lie, this character looks like a GREAT deal. I'm likely going to be going amarr/gallente, but would still be a great pickup. That being said, its about 3-4b out of my budget, I'm really just looking for something fairly inexpensive that I can skill up over the next few months while helping some friends.
