Hi all,

There comes a time when things need changing. This is not always better for everyone but does allow things to progress and grow into the future. With this in mind I have the following to announce today.

- No more price matching -5%


This is being done to allow us to evolve the corp into one where small contracts and special requests are more a key cornerstone of what we do.

- Price increases to better retain haulers and provide a better service

Everyone hates more expensive things, we are aware of this. We however need to offer a reasonable return while still remaining cheaper on our core services to allow us to retain haulers. This is a fine balance for a cost competitive corporation like New Evolution Express and it is our intention to still offer the best service for the best price that we can. With this in mind the prices are to change as follows.

Highsec (Standard)

0-12,500m3 (BR) from 600k/warp to 700k/warp
12,500- 62,500 (DST) from 800k/warp to 900k/warp
62,500m3+ (freighter) from 1.4M/warp to 1.6M/warp

Lowsec (Standard)

0-12,500m3 (BR) from 3M/warp to 4M/warp
12-500m3 (DST) from 7M/warp to 10M/warp

JF Services
Lowsec 55M base fee and 25M per cyno to 55M base fee and 30M per cyno
Nullsec 80M base fee and 30M per cyno to 85M base fee and 35M per cyno
Stain/Venal 120M base fee and 40M per cyno to 170M base and 50M per cyno

There are to be no changes to Thera services which will stay at their current rates.

The changes above will occur at approximately 00:01 eve time on the 1st October 2016. We will ensure that as many individuals get this information as possible before this date though our public channel and delivery mails. These prices will be put on the website as well to allow you to see them in a more friendly manner.

I apologise for this news to you all. If you have a sticky logistics issue however then please do come to us and we will see what we can do for you!

I've used these guys off and on for a number of months now and have been happy up until now. I set up 3 contracts for freighter loads of materials to be moved 3-5 jumps in HS. I log in the next day to find all 3 rejected. After a brief email exchange, the issue was actually legitimately my fault as I had gotten the acceptance and delivery times turned around. Ok, fair enough, a days delay, but it was *my* error. I can live with that. So, I set up the same 3 contracts, properly this time, and go about my business. One is delivered within hours. Great! Not so much the remaining two contracts which I just logged in, three days later, to find expired. So two out of three FREIGHTER LOADS of materials I was expecting to be producing with are still sitting right where they started. I hope this was a random, rare glitch, because as I said initially, I've always been happy to let them expedite my logistics up to this point.

UPDATE: After speaking with their contract manager in their public chat channel about this situation, I gave them another shot at the same contracts that had previously expired. Received both within 48 hours. I will continue using their service so long as this does not become a repeat issue. Burning several days of fuel blocks in an empty factory does not a happy industrialist make.

YC119/02/16 - THERA, The Sanctuary Fullerene Loom

New Evolution Express (NEV-E) has today discontinued its services and dissolved its assets. Recent growth had become stagnated and management become complexly tedious. The shareholders agreed that New Evolution Express should therefore be dissolved so as not to unnecessarily harm its customer base that it has grown over the last 20 months. This action is to be effected immediately. Current contracts that are on the corporations books may still be completed but the shareholders wish to state that there are no guarantees. All customers on the books currently will be messaged with details.

New Evolution Express also maintained one citadel and one engineering complex in Sobaseki. These assets are to be transferred to Red Frog Freight (.RED) who will continue to supply the access and maintain them.

It is understood that Red Frog Freight will take some individuals from New Evolution Express in a semi-lateral move.

Customers of New Evolution Express can continue to find suitable alternative services from the Red Frog alliance.

The directors would like to thank all of our customers for their trust in us throughout the last 20 months and hope that they find a suitable replacement service.
