Please take care of the Slave recovered from my vessal, please ensure that he is kept safe and allowed to attend his prayers in the Cathedral as soon as possible. I am sure he is shaken from his ordeal. Furthermore please return him to The Reann family Holdings as soon as possible i am sure he will wish to see his family and make an offering in thanks for his life.

I do not see that this is un unreasonable request to ensure that he and his children have the best chance of redemption. Why within 3 Generations they would be able to walk the Streets of Amarr as Freed men worthy of living in the Empire.

To the PIE duder who thinks the idea of a forum is to get a message to one person,

John is a pretty reasonable dude, you can just ask him via an EvE mail or by private conversation. By asking him over a public forum, you just lead unfunny people to make fun of you.

I presume you are capable of seeing what has occured on a battlefield after you have been forced to leave Captain Bob... In which case you would certainly know who to adress, however as a mortal serving the Empire such as myself, am unable to do such feats of amazment. Hence the address to an open forum such as this. I would have thought our schools had educated you a little better than that.

I would have hoped that you would understand the value of elevating those of a lower station before God and whould have done the right thing without being asked. However those that fite for the tribes often need reminding of these sort of things.

The only thing you should be asking for, is a rematch. Hold your head high and take back what is yours.

You make a good point, but i have requested honourable treatment of a captured slave. Something that I know that these pilots have issues with.

Most pilots recieve a quick detail of their ship loss when they lose a ship. I know I got one yesterday when I lost a Typhoon in that brawl in Siseide, thus allowing me to know a bunch of useless facts, such as the fact that Tobitulpe laid the final blow. I had never heard of the man before now, but rest assured, I now know who he is and were I to say wish for the return of my Cynosural Field Generator, I would know who to ask (actually this is a bad example, as Tobitulpe was apparently also shot down in the brawl and there were 71 pilots present on the 24th side, so any number of them could have appropriated my Cyno, but still).

Also, I'm not going to a hardass about spelling - I know that there are a lot of regional dialects and that it leads to a fair bit of confusion, but there is no way that Captain Bob is a way a person should refer to me. I'll accept Bob, Bobbit, 'that ****** in the logi' and even Captain McGenericname at a stretch, but never Captain Bob

If i gave offence i apologise, it appears we have slightly different traditions Bob. I had hoped to contact a member of the opposition to urge them to do the right thing, as a man of God should do to those not so well blessed.

Let me get this straight: You brought a slave with you aboard a combat vessel into a warzone, lost your ship, and now expect that person to continue where you so profoundly failed? Goddess help me, I'd say this person is much safer in anyone else's hands than yours. PIE's recruitment must be scraping the proverbial barrel these days if they hire these masterminds.

Mr. Amelana's slave was his crew. Due to the nature of the engagement and the shear quantity of hostile forces which destroyed his ship the need for a public request seems fair enough.

The Crew are always heartened to have the Scriptures read to them, obviously i cannot allow a Crewmember to serve at this post!
I have always asked for volunteers amonst those of my property to serve in this role, it will grant them great standing when judged before God. I ask you why you would think that I should not care for the spiritual welbeing of one who has served with honour under my command? Had he succesfully served a full operational term he would have been granted rank amongst my property and retired to more technical role if he so chose.

Really i do wonder what callus people you must be.

Commodore Goldcore, before posting I checked the intel board we use to document kill and losses in the warzone. A grand total of one pilot destroyed Captain Amelana's ship - jjohnpaul xvii of CTRL-Q. With this in mind, was it still so reasonable to ask John for his slave back in public, where he would be subjected to terrible posters such as myself?

If you ask for somethign in private those without honour would pretend that they have never heard of such a request, in fact any attempts to prove this would be claimed to be forgeries and so forth. This way in the public domain all can see that the pilot in question (one jjohnpaul xvii) has been requested to do so.

From what i have seen of these forums so far, when given the opertunities to decieve others, the heathens have shown thier preferances.

I first saw Captain Amelana's profile and had to double glance thinking it was Dr Moros.

Most likely your former slave will be released to do as he wishes with his life Captain, he's no longer bound to the whims of others.

We are all bound to the will of God, it is a pity you are so blind to see it. I am sure that my slave would be wanting to return home as soon as he is able, or do you enjoy seperating a man from his family?

There is far too much irony here to even try to give it a serious reply.

Your former slave is most likely now considered a free man, with the chance to make his own choices and decisions.

If he wishes to return to you Captain, he will.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one to see the insane amount of irony in Pilot Amelana's post.

OH MY GOD, we saw this too. We had a good laugh about it. Kyber thinks his face is too round. The nose and the hair are exact though.

Give us back Kybernetes Moros's face. He deserves it more than you.

What a terrifying coincidence. Perhaps he's developing a following?
