My skill training has reverted back to June 19

Way back in June I decided I was going to take a brief break from Eve and set my queue with about 120 days worth of training. I checked just yesterday and had about 10 days left on this with Covert Ops V the last skill there.

I login today and I've reverted skill training to back in June. My skill history says that the last skill trained was back on June 19. I've kept an active subscription so the skills should have been training right? Is this something to do with the new update and the new clones?

Best bet is to file a support ticket to have the GMS check it out.

Maybe you forgot to click the "Apply" button? Otherwise, it shows up, but doesnt apply, and when you close the window/client, it doesnt update your queued skills.

I updated and checked EveMon yesterday and it said it had trained all those skills. Could EveMon have been incorrect? The character did update and I was not looking at anything cached.

I think I have also lost some SP.

My queue seems to have been rearranged, I am training a level 1 skill that I had trained a while ago and a skill I was training at level 5 has disappeared (Skimirsh warfare) but the SP hasn't been moved to the new skill or reimbursed.

Same here. On 2 accounts. One 42 days back. other about 20

Edit: And it looks like all my chars are running queue without any multitraining licence.

I got a reply from a GM that they know about the issue of reverted training and will be doing a global fix. No timeframe was given.

Same has happened to me. Not sure how far, but seems it goes back about 20-30 days on this one and maybe a week on an alt. So if they're working on a fix, no need to file a ticket?

I dont think so. The GM was specific in saying that they were aware of the issue and that there will be a global fix, not indivdual fixes.

Same here, lost a considerable amount of training. Over 20 days it seems according to EVE Droid. I had less than 60 days or training left in my queue now its back over 80.

I am having the same problem, it has happened on more than one occasion. The first time I just chalked it up to me being crazy but then today I noticed it again so contacted support and got the same response as Bob Abuoy. It is a known issue and is being investigated once they figure it out compensation will be handed out on a global scale. They give no time frame and from the wording and the fact it has happened a few months back to me (and that is just what I noticed) I get the impression they don't know what it is yet which makes me believe it will take a long time. It would be nice for a dev to weigh in on this for those of us affected, losing months of trained skills is no minor issue and makes it really hard to play the game. I think more than just equal compensation is due.

Same here, but I can pinpoint exactly when it happened. Had 2 Skills left in training queue before downtime today, had 6 after downtime.

CCP is aware of this issue and they are currently working on a fix.
