Assigned to all characters on subscribed accounts

that means that now when I have active account I can train 3 slots full speed at all times without need to purchase plex etc?

All it means is if you have an active account all characters on the active account are in an omega state, you still need plex to train multiple accounts.

yes I just checked it out still single character only.

Pretty much if you are Omega its exactly the same as it was before the patch. Only Alpha clones are different.
