More than half of the ESI's scopes that are on https://esi.tech.ccp.is/latest/ aren't available for use in https://developers.eveonline.com/applications. Is there an ETA on when we will be able to use it aproximately?

When it's done, and / or in 18 months as announced I'd say.

CCP probably have a "priority queue" on what they do.

But it shouldn't need much time, as the ESI scopes that are ready are working on the swagger, you can authorise the web page and test them, it's just they haven't oppened the scopes yet
