Simple example - I anchored Azbel and install there ME\PE\Copy jobs ...

Cases:
1. Then this complex was blowed up by my offwar.
2. I unanchor it.

Will my BPOs\copies be dropped (as loot) or will be relocated somewhere?

The devblog says they will be moved to asset safety: https://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/building-dreams-introducing-engineering-complexes/

The helpdesk article (updated yesterday after Ascension launched) says asset safety is currently only available for Citadels. https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/208289365-Asset-Safety

I suspect it will take a few days to tidy up the loose ends.

BPC and materials in active jobs are not safe. Everything else is.

So BPO will be sent to safety but BPC can be dropped ?

Correct. BPO goes to asset safety and any BPC and input material has a change to drop as loot.
Also, if you have a completed but undelivered jobs will follow this behavior.

Hmmm, if materials and BPCs in running jobs are not safe it's probably a good idea to check if the Citadel/EC owner is at war and how long the structure is secure before the next vulnerability time window, right? Or to prepare to possibly support the owner in his war...

I had a worst case scenario yesterday: I've setup a couple of manufacturing jobs running for 1.5 days in a high sec Citadel. Shortly after that I noticed that 1) the owner corp had a pending war starting just 15 minutes after I'd setup the jobs, and b) a vulnerability time window was just open for still 3 hours. Luckily no attack against the Citadel took place.

But if the other war party had chosen to attack the following could have happened: They take down the shields, then an invulnerability time window for 24 hours starts. The jobs are still running because they have a duration of more than 24 hours. After that they attack again and take down the armor. Service modules go offline and the manufacturing jobs stop. 6 days invulnerability again, but I can't cancel the jobs without losing the material and they won't finish anymore. After 6 days the assault against the Citadel continues and it gets destroyed. Material and BPCs drop (partially) as loot and are most likely lost.

Is that correct or do I miss something?

What about let's say you have a BPO in use for a job in your engineering complex, then someone RF it so it goes into invulnerability. Does that mean you can't extract your BPO until either the complex repairs on the next timer or it blows up and you retrieve it from asset safety?

That part of it wasn't very clear from any documentation.

So anything in the item hangar is safe right?
