hello,

i would like to see clarification re alpha accounts and location of ppl playing them. there is a significant difference what theb patch notes say and what the EULA states.

EULA vs. Patch Notes: the patch notes state
Quote:
"Alpha characters may not be logged in simultaneously from the same location as other active EVE Online clients"

such passus can not be found in the EULA, there is written
Quote:
"You may establish more than one Account for each copy of the Software licensed. You are however not allowed to play EVE by using more than one Account at the same time, unless you pay a subscription fee for each of the Accounts you intend to use for that purpose."

the EULA makes no reference to the location, can you please clarify ?
