Rorqual drones not receiving bonuses

Drones on the rorqual are not receiving proper bonuses from the industrial core, or the ship itself in regard to their hitpoints, and damage output. Damage output is presently showing at around 600 dps with t2 heavies, whereas it should be in the 1400 range even with poor skills and fittings. Hitpoints on the excavators also seems lower than they were on the test server.
