Haven't played since 2012, login as alpha, no access to usable ship lo

Anyone else having this issue? Haven't played since 2012 and can no longer use my Brutix as I would need Omega to have the skills unlocked to use it so I can't fly anywhere. There are also no usable ships in the station I'm currently at.

Anyone know of a workaround? lol

You can't fly the ships that are restricted for the alpha. If you want to move them, then you need to upgrade to an Omega account.

Otherwise, check the market for ships you can fly or just undock in your pod and fly where you can buy one.

Undock in a pod. Dock in another station, get a free rookie ship.

I understand that I cannot use ships that require omega skills lol. I was posting because there are no flyable ships available for me to buy at the station I'm sitting in.

Though, I did not know I could fly out in my pod. My pod was not shown in my hanger, how do I access it?

Rightclick your ship -> leave ship.

If your in a ship, right click, leave ship, done.

If you can't find ships in the market, make sure your filters are set properly.

In the Market window, click the gear icon next to the "search" button, then select "Region".

Thanks all! Gonna have to relearn to play all over again.

I've honestly been waiting for free to play for ages, had it been available when I first started my trial I most likely would have still been playing these last 4 years haha

NP haha, though in my defense, I did only play for about a month and a half, 4 years ago haha

Have you any jump clones?

If all else fails, you can just undock in your pod. You can't lose skillpoints from that any more, and if you can't train any more skills, then any learning implants are irrelevent.

No idea about jump clones, doubt it though.

Will most likely just jump with my pod.

If i can make one suggestion it would be:
Don't loiter in highsec. If you are planning on staying this time around, find a null group and get involved. Then you can come visit highsec with a gank alt and kill carebears.
