Why am I not able to access test Server??? Please. Steam Login

Up until Friday I could access the test server, my log in would look like it does for Tranquility,
i.e. [img]http://i.imgur.com/laltHEy.jpg[/img]

Now the Test server gives me this window, [img]http://i.imgur.com/cDcS5bv.jpg[/img] which would be fine if I had a log on, but my log on is via Steam, as you can see via the first image.

Please help, it is driving me insane :)

It took me so long to manage to get on the test server, and now its gone !!!!

PS. Yes I tried using the STEAM ::numbers as per Tranquility and my Steam Password, but no luck

Have also lodged a support ticket.

Since downtime tonight I'm getting the exact same issue, but for TQ as well. Can't log in to the game at all.

I've had the launcher forget my details before, but restarting it fixed it. Not this time, and as a steam user I have no idea what those details are (steam number and steam password is wrong, apparently).

Edit: Trying to reset password just reloads the account management screen. The link from the email just loads the account management screen. Clicking on reset password on that linked page loads the account management screen.

I deleted my Eve Online in Steam and reloaded it, that is what gave me the ability to log onto the test server until last week
Try that In Steam, goto Library, then Delete local content of Eve, then reload,

Login on the website through steam and set a username and password. It will work again after that.

As the issue has been resolved I will close the thread. In the Future if you have issues or feedback with the test server. Please use the TEST SERVER FEEDBACK sub forum.
