They don't have Amarr citizenship however.

And I can just add that those, who possess dual citizenship of two warring countries, shall choose one of them and stick to them. Otherwise they can become outcasts and exiles in both of them and will be left without home.

Really. Do the decision now, before the storm (*edited*) hits the fan. Servants of two fighting masters never ended well.
