Citadel Grey Areas

I've just re-subbed after a bit of hiatus Big smile and am very interested in setting up a citadel, however I've cruised back all the way to February of this year and CCP never finalized the documentation on citadels and the forums are only full of questions.

For example, in the dev post https://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/structure-fitting-in-the-citadel-expansion/ it says that Structure Defensive Systems is one of the skills you need to better your stats for that yet it is not available anywhere and no one mentions it after that dev blog.

That's one thing, I am just looking for the final word on citadels, we have the final word on everything else, why was this not finished?

Things change and the changes are usually announced in a forum post rather than an addendum to the devblog.

Structure Defensive Systems skill was changed to Structure Doomsday Operation. Only relevant if you are planning to build a Keepstar in a region of space where doomsdays can be used.
