Looking for a character for PVP preferably 100-150 mil SP

Must have skills:
drones all types of drones
shields all types
missile launcher all types
gunnery
and all related skills for heavy assault cruiser


and all other skills for PVP
preferably Heavy assault Cruisers mastery up to lvl 4
preferably Gallente race

these are must have skills:
Vexor navy mastery 4 or 5
Ishtar mastery lvl 5 or lvl 4
Gila mastery lvl 4 or lvl 5

Willing to spend at most 75bil ISK and no more
maybe additional 10 Bill ISK if you offer something more than I ask.
leave your offers and provide legitimate link to your character

In total 85 Bill ISK

Gila 2 days
Vexor 0 days (included in the 21 day Ishtar train)

Total train time for you would be 23 days
