Hey. I'm sorry for asking a question that I should be answer myself, but everything I've seen has been a little ambiguous.

I fly a Sleipnir for solo PVP and PVE. I don't use it for fleet boosting and I was grandfathered in before the last set of changes to the skill reqs. So, I have Leadership V, but not much else in the Leadership skill tree.

What skills if any do I need to tran/inject in order to keep flying the ship after the November update?

Read the patch notes and stop being lazy.

And yes you need relevant skill to fly it correctly after the patch.

You have the patch notes for November 15? You know, maybe he want to start training now for what he will need then.

And we don't really know.

The way things are right now, we expect to be able to fly the ship, but be unable to install the actual fleet boost modules, because those require the leadership skills. So it's kinda moot to try to fly the ship without the modules it's intended for.

The reports from Sisi could also be confusing if people try to Make Active or enter a ship that has the fleet boost modules already installed from before the patch, or installed by someone else. I'd expect that to not be allowed.

But a stripped empty ship with no modules, should be able to enter it and fly it.

Actually, command ships always had very effective tank and DPS. They often were used as mission ships without using boosting modules.

Heck, even the lowly venture can be combat fit, letting you use it without ever needing to train mining to 1. Mining frigate to 1 yes, but mining no.
