Why can't I sell Hammerhead II in Jita?

Can anyone tell me why I am unable to sell a Hammerhead II drone in Jita?

Sell window tells me no one is buying... yeah... in Jita.. sure.

Item is repackaged, sell is on immediate, tried to sell one, 27, adjust the price, nothing works. If I set the sell from immediate to any value (sell order) it works just fine.
