News reaches Gutter Press of chaotic events during voting in the residents committee election of an exclusive downtown apartment complex in Hueromont !

The complex, home to several hundred residents, including many holo celebrities and several capsuleers, was holding the biennial chairperson election, which was disrupted by the actions of a proxy voting drone, throwing the electoral process into chaos.

Proxy voting drones are commonly employed by busy celebrities, to exercise their democratic freedoms, and have been approved for use in several Federal jurisdictions.

On this occasion however, the proxy voting drone has thrown the vote into disarray, with the prospect of the election having to be re-run.

According to eyewitness reports, upon entering the voting booth, the drone proceeded to vote 1.56x10^13 times, within a few seconds, causing the vote registration server to crash and restore from a backup, losing several legitimate votes in the process.

An expert in drone systems contacted by Gutter Press suggested that the drone may have been subverted by outside agencies, possibly of a foreign power !

Faced with this news, several of the residents have called for the FIO to investigate the incident, fearing a Rogue Drone or Caldari State plot to subvert democratic processes.

The proxy voting drones owner, a prominent Federal Defence Union pilot, was unavailable for comment.

I think we can all agree that democracy is a hollow farce.

I really do not think I have changed.

You are not the first to say something however so I do not know.

I wouldn't say you've changed all that much, Aya. You've always been a little intense and if you see more than you used to, that's probably a matter of experience, wouldn't you say?

No, not all of us agree with that statement.

We might all agree that when an attempt at humour fails, it fails hard.

I actually might disagree with it. Democracy is not just a hollow farce.

It is utterly inefficient, anti-intellectual and archaic management system. It isn't actually something funny and empty, but rather something dangerous and disruptive.

We must know what it is and what dangers it brings, instead of just laughing at those, who implement this system, and simply discard it.

As soon as we liberate planets from Gallente oppression, the democratic regimes are to be dismantled immediately.

I would not use the word more. I would say 'different.' I have lost an edge where one was. Experience as a Nyx is not more experience than shooting a rifle.

If I have changed it is what I spend time on. Perhaps that is why I seem different than before.
