9/10 Dark Blood Fleet Staging Point Advice Please

So, I just got an escalation to a Dark Blood Fleet Staging Point from a forsaken hub. I've never done any escalations before, so, I had a few questions:

1) Is it soloable in a T3 cruiser? If so, which one would be best and if anyone had a good fitting it would be much appreciated.

2) Can I just spank and tank? If, so how much dps would I need to tank?

3) About how long will it take to clear in said T3 cruiser?

4) Are they any tips/tricks I should know about?

Never done a blood one but from the other blood sites I have done Nueting will most likely be a big issue. The other races sites can pretty much all be done by a T3 (looking at you Tengu) but blood sites can be a sod, webs, nuets, points and TDs are common.
