I would definitely beat the low ball offer you made, but that is not what the guy asked. He asked what he was worth, and I am just telling him the frank truth. Deal with it.

If we just look at sp you have 95m sp. 89.5m sp is extractable. 89.5 turns into 179 injectors. Injectors run about 633 right now or 113.3b for 179. Extractors run about 278 per or 49.76B for 179. The difference comes out to ~63.5B. You could turn around and sell the extracted character for 3B leaving you with around 66.5b. With that in mind I'd look to sell for around 66.5 as a good approximate value, but in eve it is what people are willing to pay. Someone that is looking to extract for profit would likely pay less, but would buy quickly. Someone that would use the char would likley pay around that 66.5 or more, but you might not find a buyer for some time.
