Corporation or shareable notes

We have corporation bookmarks now, so thank you muchly for that, corporation notes might be a useful feature. Or make them shareable with other characters. Another possibility its make them linkable in chat, just some way to share information after you've spent time applying links to items, systems, characters, etc.

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...

Or just use corp mail. Infact, why not just setup a mailing list so you don't have to limit it to just corp members. or conversely use a mailing list so you have a noticeboard for only a chosen segment of the corp.

Those are good alternatives, and I thought of mail after I posted this and have used that often. I was just making a note of some in game details though it would be useful to be able to share that note after I'd made it.

Yeah corpmail/mailing lists work best. The alternative is an out of game notepad on something like googledocs

The one advantage using something in game gives is being able to link to in game items, systems, etc, which is what I was doing in the note I was putting together. Simply copying and pasting a note into a mail loses all of that linking, which is why I thought of the shared notes.

That's a valid point, I have no idea why that even happens. Hopefully CCP will do something about it at eventualy, until then, after pasting it into the mail just relink everything. It's a pain but the alternative is leaving it up to the corpmates/M List members to link it themselves, and you know how lazy they are : P
