Well, the offer to ask for more background story is a big offer. You should really post this in the fiction forum! To me every piece of story adds a bit more flavour to the game and I'm happy with every new chronicle, especially because they have become somewhat rare.

There are obvious topics many players expect more revelations about over time, for example the Drifter storyline, what are the Sisters actually doing and researching in Thera, did the pirate factions make some progress with stargate research in their covert facilities, just to name a few.

But also the more recent things give many opportunities for more story in my opinion, for example: some more insight what Shakor motivated to attend Catiz' coronation (he has more interests than "enjoying the fireworks", hasn't he?), developing Catiz' character, stories inside of citadels or engineering complexes, what's going on in the mighty Upwell Consortium, what's going on here, let's me hope for some dark Blood Raider lore, etc., etc. And you have always the option to pick up something old from EVE's vast lore universe and continue developing it in a new and unexpected direction (as you did for example with Uriam Kador's old Ratillose adventure and love story in "Sunset"). EVE has endless possibilities for stories.

A long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away I did the forum moderator stuff in a lot of games, no incentives, just keeping the peace, I did it for almost 15 years.

In that time I probably closed less threads than you'll see in the first 2 pages of this General Discussion section. Forums are for freedom of speech, rants, raves, moans, groans and whatever the players of the game feel they need to get off their chests or just make up.

I'm afraid to say this forum is more like a police state, did LeKool take over last time I quit the game?

as for anyone who gushes praise, please go back to colouring in with crayons.

or just freedom of speech, people who volunteer are great, people who volunteer because they are control freaks I suppose we have to put up with, people who 'volunteer' for incentives are whatever they think they are in their own heads.

and people like me who just sometimes log in drunk and rant are.......
