I (and others) believe that The BIG Lottery is still legal.
It all comes down to how you interpret the new EULA.

And it can frankly be interpreted either way.

I have mailed CCP for a ruling 10 days ago.
I have re-mailed CCP for that ruling 4 days ago
- and at the same time stated that I will continue The BIG Lottery until I hear otherwise.

Should the ruling go against the legality of The BIG Lottery, I honestly don't know what the consequences will be for me or anyone still taking part.
It could potentially be *severe* - or it might be a raised finger. Who knows...

So please take the above into consideration before you decide to take part or not.
