If time was an illusion then matter would not exist. Time is the measurable distance between two points involving an energetic reaction within a medium that where the medium affects the result of the reaction and can also be affected upon.

What I think....

,,,its the other way around, everything can exist without time. But human mind is tied to living in its own, little human world.

Existing is something completely different than experiencing. Time is only experienced when you are a human. Everything around is just tied together by relations in much larger scales than imaginable. Your mind is progressively extracting some bits of information about these relations, you are a part of this relations.

This progression, this sequence, humans call time.

Nana, that's why some of the more modern philosophers are sceptical about the issue of 'science', 'empirical evidence' and the 'truth'. One of the more radical thoughts from last century is that all we are doing is 'word games', that the 'truth' we claim to have found or proved is dependent on our human definitions for each part of the formula, and it is not the same thing as finding the 'truth' in more 'universal' sense as people thought to seek

Cheers Love! The cavalry's here!

There is physics and there is metaphysics. But it doesnt matter what human thinks about it. We can all be wrong, as we were thru the centuries, one time after another. The veils of the world are still there, guarding its secrets.

What I think, we have answers just beneath us, but we are usually blind to see that we are standing on them.

Physics tries to create a model of the world which is written in a language called math. The "word games" come from people who try to give "meaning" to those formulas or try to explain what it is all about to someone who does not understands the math. This is quite a difference.

Everyone in science should always be sceptical about everything they do, as it is the key to science itself. Also if philosophers talk about physics it usually helps to clarify what we mean by words like "evidence", "truth", because those usually depend on the subject.

New message from the dev team. Sorry the servers for Human life full immersion video game are currently not able to handle the math needed to simulate faster than light travel. Once the dev team figures out how to do this without breaking the other rules that allow for other key mechanics of gameplay we will get this feature to you. We are exploring the idea of allowing current server to access another server hosting a instance that runs compressed so as to facilitate bypassing uncompressed space on the main server.

This guy has your answer.

He answers whackier questions than the one in the OP like "What is the purpose of meaning?".

disclaimer: He also charges a fortune.

"What is the purpose of meaning?" Smile That made my day-- thanks!
