We used to have production queues back in the dark ages when facilities had a limited number of slots. With infinite slots they serve no purpose. If you mean allowing players to queue up jobs beyond what their skills allow - no. It doesn't buy you anything as an individual since you will need to login to deliver your completed jobs before the queued jobs can start but jobs submitted for corp could be delivered by another player allowing your queued jobs to start. Bad idea - we already have enough over production in the game!
