Fueling citadel services out of owner corporation

Is it possible to fuel the citadel with a character that's not in the owner corporation?

I'm an administrator in the citadel control access list.
I'm the CEO of my own corp (not the one that owns the citadel).
I have full roles and a title that grants all corp roles possible.

I can take control of the citadel, I can view fuel bay contents, but I can't put any fuel in the bay because lol no rolesUgh
So how do I fuel roles if the character in question is not in the owner corp? Is it possible? Should this be possible? Who do I need to shoot to make it possible? Evil

Should work, corp roles are not applied here, your char need to be in the right profile group of the citadel. https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/208289635-Profiles?flash_digest=df907eabeac99f78c481831b4e4a1933267c14ff

Well, the thing is, it does not help.

I'm an admin in an access list that has defense, docking and industry rights, and I still can't use the fuel bay.
I also have to use an in-corp character to manage the structure profiles, because it even specifically says it's corp-only.

Hmm, pretty sure it worked for me on SiSi that way when the citadels came out. Used an alt+corp to set it up, operated it with Tipa. But I don't own one on TQ, so maybe somebody else can confirm ...

I'm my own NPC alt.

Just need to be on the defense list. If you can take control then you have access to the fuel bay.

Like I said, I can take control, but can't move things to fuel bay. Can view contents though. We also checked with other people, and it's the same for them.
