Looking to buy a char that could fly a rattlesnake pretty well, and have a pretty good pvp/pve skilset with the primary weapon being missiles. With good navigation engineering and shield skills. Being able to fly a tengu would be nice as well. Logi skills (basi) and scanning skills are a plus. Show me what you got.
