You might have to redeem it? Can do that from login screen or through your Neocom in game

If you have activated one then it will appear as an option for the ship it was for.

In the event you activated a skin and forgot what ship it was for, well, to my knowledge there is no central list of skins you possess.

Ship Skins category in your character sheet window.

When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.
