Because having pre-orders could affect how you plan to scale your build operations or the acquisition of materials pre-patch, this could be a mutually beneficial arrangement.

I define bulk as in the hundreds of excavator drones. This contract would be worth many tens of billions of isk.

I am willing to discuss third party options (Chribba/Darkness/etc; with them holding the isk as a type of contract-to-purchase) if you can commit to delivering a certain number of Excavator drones within a certain timeframe after patch day at a negotiated price.
