Refining Tax still in game?

Just came back after 2+ years and first time doing Mineral Refining.
I already searched for this online but can't find any information if the Refining Tax in NPC stations for ore is still in game or not.

I can see my yield and how my skills factor into the yield based on the NPC station base of 50% and the guides and information I have read states that with no standing I should have a 0.95 multiplier due to the stations tax, but I do not see this.
I see the base yield, the 1.15 from Reprocessing Skill, and the two 1.10 from Reprocessing Efficiency and Ore Processing Skills.

All the way at the bottom in red text next to the Reprocess button I do see a small ISK amount that is being subtracted but have no idea if this is the tax, what that isk amount is based on, etc.

If taxes are still in the game, my character has no standing towards anyone, but my Corp has a +6.7 standing towards another NPC corp. If I go to reprocess something in one of their stations or any other station this red ISK amount is exactly the same.

So my question is, does refining tax still exist (0.95 yield multiplier up to 1.00 based on standing). Is there anything I can do to influence the red ISK being taken during the Reprocessing?

The tax is still in game but instead of losing minerals its a flat isk amount. you should be able to see the information in the refining screen.

i believe it shows up as Refining Tax XXXX.XX to reflect the amount owed.

Yup I do see that, any way to influence this tax like before based on standing or is it just a flat tax?

Thanks for the info

IIRC standing with the station's corp does still help with decreasing the tax rate. I think the only real change was the fact that the cost switched from minerals to ISK.

depends on if it is in an NPC station or citadel.

with the NPC station social skills and standings still apply but they only standings apply in citadel dependent upon how the owner has it set up

Got it.

Thank you both for the information.

Nobody refines in NPC stations anymore (except production input maybe) ... use a public citadel with 54% base in highsec if possible. NPC standings don't matter there.

I'm my own NPC alt.

Was not aware of this, good think I have not reprocessed any of my ore yet.

I don't know what's the plan with the resulting minerals, but you know that you can also compress the ore in those citadels (still) for free? Selling the compressed ore on the market can give you more ISK than the refined minerals, and transport is much easier of course. Do the math.
