I have scanned all pilots currently on the CB and haven't found a good match. I'm hoping someone will see this and say, "hey, I've got the perfect character!".

I'm looking for a sub-cap pilot that has good core skills. Electronics, engineering, navigation and the likes.

Looking to spend around 40b. Will consider exceptional 30-40m SP pilots but nothing under 30m.

Age and corp history are major factors to me as well.
