Now that everybody will have a ganking alt or 16 do we have any organizations that do the ganking, some public ganking channels, some structure to it? How is the loot distributed?

Also - what is the best ganking character - we all plan on having a bunch of them but still - I'm guessing gallente with blaster destroyer ? Next is what a minmatar with artilleries?

dont hold your breath, ccp have said they will restrict it if it gets out of hand, so no, nobody is going to have 16 ganking chars

Calm down miner. As you pointed out, people think they can get away with stuff they would not in rl... Like for example illegal mining... - Ima Wreckyou*

An important additional point is that the game will not run (and if you make it run you are breaching the EULA) more than one account on the same computer if any of those accounts are alpha clones.

So for those 16 alpha clones you will need 16 separate computers.

If you like reading about low sec piracy or wormhole pvp, you might enjoy my blog.

Eh I meant 16 separate chars, not that I'll run them at the same time. 16 was a random number, which basically meant - we'll all have a lot of them.

Anyway - that is not my questions. My question is: is there some ganking structure in place, a corporation or an alliance with something already set up, something you can sign up for, receive instant fleet commander who knows what's going on, a scanning personnel, so we know what is gank worthy and of course, a fair loot sharing policies.

There are a few, but some will not disclose their tactics as they want Ganking for isk to be exclusive.

But I will leave this here on the table for you. Minerbumping.com

I'm not sure exactly how MiniLuv distributes loot from freighter ganks.

I'll hazard a guess that some of it is used to buy more ganking ships. The FC and Scouts would probably get a share. Line members who turn up and sit spinning in station until the FC and Scouts find something to gank, we'll, I doubt they'll be getting much, if anything.

If you want the loot, you need to do *something* besides hitting F1 on command to earn it. Finding a target is usually a good one. Many fleets have an All Loot To FC rule. Most Black Ops groups I've flown with have an 'All Loot To The Hunter' rule*.

*Note: "loot" in this sense is generally anything shiny. Regular T2 loot is usually a 'first come first served' basis, but that deadspace prop mod (or whatever) goes to the Hunter.
