Is there a way to have the overview flag you when any member of a corporation enters the area?

It doesn't "flag" you per-se. In local you should see a flag by their portrait. And when someone in your corp is on the same grid, you will see them with a green background, depending on your overview settings. If your overview is set to a tab exclusively showing hostiles, then corp-mates will not show up. And so with any other tab excluding friendly ships.

My choice of pronouns is based on your avatar. Even if I know what is behind the avatar.

Open People and Places, search for the corporation or alliance in question, right-click, and add as a contact with negative (red) standings. This will put a red marker on any member of that corporation wherever you can see them.

So if they are in your vicinity in-space, they'll appear so in the Overview, because the Overview only displays ships that are in the same "grid" as you (the immediate vicinity, approx. 300-700 km around you).

You'll also see people advise you to "watch local", which means: configure your local chat channel window to show the list of pilots that are present, and expand it vertically so you see a good number of them. Any red players will also be marked in the local chat channel list, and this list contains ALL the pilots that are present in the same solar system as you. So, much greater range than the Overview.

EDIT: You have to watch the screen though. There's no function to configure the overview or the local to beep at you or alert you that enemies are nearby. The only audio or "flagging" you'll get is the sounds of them shooting you / or your ship exploding.
