Well i certainly aint installing 3 different programs to my computer or making any new accounts for any website just to use them once. However, for your eyes only, heres some pics for you.

I just finished submitting my entries to Instagram and noticed something odd. When visiting the Instagram website instead of using the app, my images will only display in the "most recent" section if I'm logged in. As soon as I log out all my pictures seem to disappear from the tags page.

I'm new to Instagram (created the account to enter this competition) and don't know if it's meant to work this way. It would be nice to get some kind of confirmation if my entries made it into the competition.

CCP is using you to get what they want, they have to make you post it to Instagram because that is where their marketing director wants to focus right now. Duh. CCP wants a presence on Instagram, they'll give you an entry into their contest in exchange.

It would be a simple thing for Instagram to allow PC uploads. I hate Instagram and any other Apple-esque programming that tries to herd users into doing something they want in a manipulative way and often stupid way. Most other people do as well which is why Apple's iTunes had to spend an extra 5 years digging itself out of the socially excommunicated hole it put itself back in 2000ish when it forcibly placed "protection" on any music ripped from CD or MP3 so that it could not be played in any other program, as well as dug through your whole library and did the same thing on the PC itself. Suddenly these files could not be played anywhere except in Itunes and on MP3 players produced by Apple. This only went on for a little while before Apple was forced to face the music to be perfectly punny about it, their potential consumers were outraged. To this day I have never bought another Apple product I lost some very rare files to their ****ery as they could not be repaired at the time.

This type of attitude and behavior towards the consumer is reprehensible and people should always shun companies that do it as it is insulting and disgusting. Instagram exemplifies this sort of Nazi behavior, it annoys almost everyone who abhors fascism. People are not as godamned stupid as these companies think, and they imagine themselves as some sort of philosopher-king in the Platonic ideal, spreading harmony by knowing what you want better than you do yourself. What a bunch of communist BS.

So because of this socialist-fascist programming on Instagram, of course Eve doesn't have a presence on Instagram, Eve players are too godamned smart for that. The only people I know that use it are techtards whose first computer was a smartphone their gran bought them for xmas so they might not have to work as a dishwasher their whole life because their mother thinks Satan lives in PCs. (Literally this is the story of one roommate I had).

No one intelligent bothers with Instagram because it's just a fad for people who think it makes them look more active and hip just as Facebook used to be cool because it meant you were going to college before all of the college debt horror started leaking out the sides of the USA. Using Instagram actually just makes you look like a big fat garbage turd to anyone who knows how to write in CSS and HTML and use DOS or Linux and hates humanity on the side.

God knows why CCP thinks anyone on Instagram who can actually understand Eve will happen upon these screenshots and be like "Oh hey i think ill be an uncool nerd and stay indoors and play this intellectually challenging space game that requires maths" (totally the mentality of most Instagram users) That being said CCP wants a presence on Instagram so if you want to join this crowdsourcing marketing campaign to help them out try your best to overcome Instagram's dullwitted fascist Nazi-****ery if you can and post a bunch of screenshots. Maybe it'll be a huge waste of your time better spent buying the PLEX with your own money right, or maybe you're so poor it's the only way you'll pay for your account this month and afford food for your family.

Gramblr DOES work so just install that and use it if you can. If you can't you should probably just go work on Fivr for a couple of days and see if you can't buy the PLEX yourself.

I'm sure there are a bunch of people at CCP rolling their eyes at the marketing department there just as much as y'all are, just try to roll with it they are suffering too.

To all those posting who don't wanna do the phone app but still wanna participate in the contest - Gramblr works great. I created an Instagram account for this competition and I use that app to upload screenshots straight from my PC.
