I been looking all over and just cant seem to lock on down I like what do you gShockeduys recommend for solo and for fleet pvp.

4x mining laser I
1x survey scanner I
1x passive targeting array I
1x relic analyzer I

2x cargohold expander I

For fleet, you might want to opt for Crow seeing it got the bonus to scram/disruptor range. And flying one for fleet as a tackler you can actually leave the highslots empty, you're not there to dps. Your role is to pin down targets for your fleet to kill.

In my opinion cross training for the Malediction or Ares would be a good idea. They have lower Sig, higher speed, better agility.

As for the Solo - Raptor should be like a more nimble Merlin with the resist bonus and bonus to optimal range on hybrids. So I threw these up in pyfa.

Both will be in need of EE-601 (cpu implant 1%) with good skills that is. The DPS version does 11% more damage, while the tankier twin further up got ~13% more tank, pyfa standard dps profile.

I love the crow for fleets. Nice to fly when you have a couple of other tacklers.
