Launcher error in openSuse

First its important to say that I'm pretty noob in linux
I downloaded the launcher and tried for the first time, this wild error appears

This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "xcb"
in "".

Available platform plugins are: eglfs, linuxfb, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen, xcb.

Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
Aborted

should i install xcb? or Qt platform?

Make sure you run the "evelauncher.sh" file, not the binary itself.
