Hello,

I use Audio Hijack in order to customise the audio settings because I'm deaf. It normally detects what applications are running and allows you to choose from a drop-down list to set up a session for that app.

However, EVE Laucnher is the only app I can find for EVE. Upon opening Activity Monitor, I see "wine". But I am unable (since Apple have a terrible Activity Monitor) to find the location of that specific file that is the EVE running application.

I can find pretty much everything BUT that file. I know about package contents, and the Library directories. But I've spent the better part of 3 hours looking for this running app.

If anybody knows where it is I'd be eternally grateful. I love EVE, but I wanna hear it :)

[Edit: I should note I am using the official wine-based EVE application from the official website, I am not running anything manually set up.]

Am I the only (almost) deaf and (almost) blind capsuleer?

Yeah, I'm deaf-blind. How do I do it? Short answer: with a lot of hassle. But even we need games.

Go to the View menu in the EVE launcher, Reveal in Finder, Shared Cache.

You'll see a wine folder, it contains the wine executables. The EVE executable itself that is run under Wine lives in the tq folder.

CCP Snorlax,

Didn't think it was that simple, thank you so much.
I didn't touch tq/sisi or folders that had wierd names so wasn't ssure.

The wine executable would have worked flawlessly if Audio Hijack would allow me to browse into the Library folder or use aliases (which it used to do as I used an alias before for Civilization V)

So does tq mean tranquility? and sisi mean singularity?

Again, many thanks, hopefully Rogue Amoeba wil restore that functionality. Got a workaround for now.
