I bought game time yesterday, but can't log on singularity, I posted "Please reactivate me" in the "account reactivation" or something like that, but still can't log on singularity Today.

Saying "User EVE-SSO-CONNECTION is banned", what.should I do or how to solve this problem？

By the way, what is the "EVE-SSO-CONNECTION"？

ccp banned all inactive accounts from tq on sisi to prevent abuses once ccp ends alpha clone testing they remove bans. for now live with it
