Like some other posts I've just read, my launcher won't go past white screen.

Yes I'm still using old launcher. I don't think I can use the advice given here. When the new launcher was introduced in January(?) I couldn't seem to dl it. Left-clicking, right-clicking, tried for several days, nothing would seem to get CCP to dl it to me. I just assumed the dl'er was clever enough to know I was using the outdated operating system(Vista) and didn't bother wasting it's (or my) time. I resigned myself to eventually not being able to log in anymore.

I guess CCP finally altered the game enough to disallow the old launcher to function?

On a lark I went to the dl page and succeeded in dl'ing the EveLauncher-1089859. I have no idea why I could dl tonight but not back in January.

Before I execute it what should I expect by way of interaction with Vista? What's going to happen to all the old files I have
here: C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE
or here: C:\Users\Dornier Pfeil\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE ?

I have same issue on OS X Capitan, but I DO NOT WANT that new launcher.....all that crap switching to wine etc ****** up all settings too......So plz fix this issue on the old launcher too!

I also have this white launcher issue, downloaded EveLauncher-1089859. but when i try to run it nothing happens.
On Vista here. Is it because it needs Win 10 to run?
