Broken UI and "Your client has waited 5 minutes for a remote call to complete"

My overview is broken (check out the SS below), and I keep getting the incomplete remote call message. Help? Please?

Edit: Deleting the settings folder from :\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE did not fix the problem.

Not sure, but I think downtime fixed it.
